Get Strong

Strength training sessions are structured with an emphasis on movement patterns, movement quality, and should be your #1 priority. If you are one of our Team Training Members, you should take advantage of our strength class that is designed to give you a total body strength workout in less than an hour. If you’re one of our Customized Members, your program was designed specifically for your needs, and you should train semi-privately with a coach. Whether you are training individually or in our group strength class, you will get a full body strength workout every time you come to a strength session. Strength workouts are the best way to burn calories, build lean muscle, and boost your metabolism. Make it a goal to strength train 1-3 times a week and you will see great results.

Get Lean

Metabolic Classes are scientifically designed and include our own form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which involves repeated bouts of high intensity work followed by lower intensity recovery times. HIIT has become more and more acceptable because it can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels and can be completed in less time. Engaging in HIIT workouts will help your body get stronger, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and will blast fat more efficiently. By adding in a metabolic class 1-3 times a week, you will get a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and boost your metabolism.
